Wednesday, August 06, 2008Went out with The Ladies after school yesterday to celebrate my bdae. We had a hard time in deciding where to have dinner. In the end, we had to resort to drawing lots. Trilling, you can call it. Everyone started saying "What are friends for?" At that point of time, I think friends are people who have dinner at the restaurant that is nearest to your house. :p
Anyway, the decision was to go to Upper Thomson. I didn't know taking a cab can be so fun. Vanessa and Amelia will know. So we went to this western restaurant called Barnsburry. They have quite a few award-winning dishes. And the uncle who served us chatted with us loads. Kind of too friendly huh... coz I wasn't very interested in his conversation.

8 scoops of ice-cream (Horlicks, Belgium Chocolate, D24 Durian, Guinness Choc Chip, Espresso, Banana Coffee Crunch, Green Tea and Tiramisu) and 6 toppings. Large portion, but what's that to 6 ladies?!
