Zoo with The Ladies
Saturday, March 22, 2008Went to Zoo with Amelia, Cordelia and Vanessa on Monday. I'm not very sure if it's even better than the previous trip there. Yes, there are penguins this time, like only a few lah. And they weren't even very cute. Then the Children's World Animal Land is under construction. I think half of the animals we saw belongs to the family of monkeys. We almost missed animals such as zebra and rhino. So many animals went into hiding also. The giraffes only know how to hide in a corner, perhaps waiting for their grassy lunch. The otters were never seen, even so when we walked past so many times. Alright, enough of those complaints comments. :)

Polar bear.
Taken with Sun bear. We had a hard time waiting for the bear to finish its round. It goes the same when we were waiting for cheetahs and dunno what others...
Bats. Will they start flying around and attacking people when it rains?
Elephants of Asia. It's a great performance. And I must congratulate the front elephant for its not-so-polished-skill of spraying water with its trunk. She knows what this phrase means - "better to make friends than foes".
