9 September 2015

Australia Dairy Company (Jordon Station)

Reached there quite early but a long queue has already formed. The queue moved very fast though, and we got a sharing table in no time.

Of course I had to order their signature scrambled eggs with toast. The scrambled eggs are creamy and really good.

But I'm not a fan of the macaroni with ham.

Yee Shun Milk Company (Jordon Station)

The steamed milk is so soft. If not for the very filling breakfast, we'd have ordered more than 1 bowl.

Tin Lung Heen (The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong) - website

Exquisite dim sum lunch at level 102!

Deep fried shrimp toast

Steamed crab roe dumpling with mentaiko

Pan-fried turnip cake with X.O. chili sauce

Steamed rice roll with shrimp, crab roe and asparagus

Baked barbecued pork bun with almond flake

Desserts on the house

ALL the dim sums we ordered were so good. I would eat here again!

Breathtaking view, isn't it?

Pierre Hermé Paris (The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong) - website

Chanced upon my favourite French patisserie at the lobby of Ritz-Carlton. I got all the two-tone macarons that were available!

Tsui Wah Restaurant (Hong Kong International Airport) - website

Got a bit tired of the usual cha chaan teng food so I decided to order Tom Yum Prawns Vermicelli instead. It's surprisingly good!

Can't resist these crispy buns with sweet condensed milk. The ones at the airport didn't taste as good.

Singapore Airlines

The in-flight meal on the return flight is this pan-fried chicken with baked potatoes. This photo doesn't do justice.
