6 September 2015

Loved waking up to a good view.

Beautifully photo-bombed by a cruise.

Starbucks Citygate (Tung Chung Station) - website

Tomato Croque Monsieur and Caramel Latte for breakfast because there were not much options in the early morning.

The Big Buddha (Tung Chung Station) - website

Got onto a cable car very quickly because I purchased the tickets online. The queue at the ticketing counter was horrendous!

The Big Buddha was indeed magnificent but we didn't climb up the tedious flight of stairs. Not in this weather.

Kam Wah Café (Mong Kok Station)

Lunch at the famous polo bun place!

Polo Bun

Rice with Marinated Chicken and Mushrooms

Cheesy Curry Chicken Chop Baked Noodles

Hong Kong Style French Toast tasted good even though something was lacking. I only found out what was lacking after I saw someone holding maple syrup.

Check In Tokyo (Mong Kok Station) - website

Wandered off alone to find my instaworthy dessert - Rainbow Soft Serve in Charcoal Cone. So pretty!

Dimdimsum Dim Sum Specialty Store (Mong Kok Station) - website

Deep Fried Wantons with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Century Egg Congee

Steamed Shrimp Dumplings

Crispy Rice Flour Rolls with Shrimp

Pork Siew Mai with Crab Roe

Steamed Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf Wrap

Sesame Seed Balls

Boiled Pear with Rock Sugar

Avenue of Stars (East Tsim Sha Tsui Station) - website

Didn't really enjoy Avenue of Stars because it was so crowded.

Victoria Harbour (East Tsim Sha Tsui Station)

Managed to find a good spot to catch A Symphony of Lights. All those neon lights <3
