Birthday lunch at Paddy Hills, easily one of the most ulu-est cafes I've been to.

Salmon - saikyo miso glazed salmon, asian quinoa, pea puree miso, seasonal greens and charred cipollini onion

Pink Pasta - mentaiko, fresh pasta, asparagus, prawns and shaved bonito

Potato & Fish - rosti, seared sea bass, fried egg and maki

Berry Ricotta Hotcake - violet sugar, berries, pine nuts, yuzu gel yellow mascarpone and maple syrup

So pretty that it needs a closer shot.
