The Halia @ Raffles Hotel

Lunch at The Halia @ Raffles Hotel. I've been wanting to go to the outlet at Singapore Botanic Gardens but it's kind of out of the way.

Halia at Raffles Hotel is more convenient and the interior is pretty too. The colours, French windows and pots of greenery creates the atmosphere.

Was there slightly early to avoid the lunch crowd.

 Cafe latte

 Potato fries, truffle aioli & piquant mayo. The fries were so good that you can eat it on its own. But of course, truffle aioli is the highlight. It's good that the sauces come separately so that I could have a deep dip. Haha.

 Halia chilli crab. There was a generous serving of crab meat and the taste of chilli crab is just right. But to be honest, I would prefer spaghetti over spaghettini.

 Grilled breakfast with fried egg. Enormous portion of sausage, bacon, eggs, portobello mushroom, vine tomato and toasted sourdough.
