Making of Pineapple Tarts
Thursday, December 14, 2006My mum decided to make pineapple tarts last saturday. So I helped her...
This is ready for baking, but have to apply a layer of egg yolk to make it more delicious.
There, but still not visible enough...
Put it into the oven.
This is how it looks after it is baked.
Finally, put it into nice containers.

Do you see the tiny bits on the right hand side? Those are for my HamHam. Needless to say, there are no pineapple filling.
