Semi-buffet lunch at Prego, an Italian restaurant at Fairmont Singapore. 

Antipasti


Chilled prawns

Salmon

When we returned to the table, they've already begun to serve the pastas that we ordered off the menu. Timing on point.

Penne, Crab Meat, Asparagus, Aurora Sauce Generous portion of crab meat!


Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Mixed Seafood A little too dry.


Fettuccine, Mushrooms, Truffle Cream Sauce My favourite of all!


Ravioli Crab and Lobster, Creamy Bisque Sauce, Chives This was a disappointment even though it contains crab and lobster.


Risotto Saffron, Pan-seared Scallops, Balsamic Glaze I can't really appreciate risotto but the scallop was nice haha.


Baked Sea Bass, Olive Oil, Crushed Potatoes, Asparagus, Lemon Butter Sauce Crushed potatoes <3


Sauteed Prawns, Onion, Garlic, Tomato Sofrito, Creamy Polenta Succulent prawns and awesome polenta. We ordered so many plates of this!


Grilled Chicken, Wild Mushrooms Ragout, Fried Potatoes Surprised to find meat on the menu.

And lastly, desserts!

How can I start on my desserts without a cup of coffee?!


Didn't take many desserts because we were very full from the pastas.

Their gelato was surprisingly good!
