Unexpected experience @ TCC

Friday, April 24, 2009

Met April after her work to have dinner at Changi Airport T3 together, coz it's near her workplace.

Dinner at Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits. I can't exactly say this or KFC is nicer coz I think there's really no difference.

The mashed potato is great, but the biscuit is not.

Then we headed to TCC @ T3's Departure Hall for coffee!

We chose to seat at the quieter corner. The sofa seats were a 'lil low but at least it's comfortable.

My Rose Juliet.

April's Choco Rummin.

Our dessert - Chocolate Grottine.

It's nice. The waiter did make a good recommendation.

Water globe?!

Nice glass they have...

Everything was just so fine, until we found plastic strands in April's coffee. But it didn't ruin our mood at all coz the service recovery was super good.

This particular waiter (or maybe he is someone with a higher position) came to ask us for more feedback after we told his colleague about it. He was serious in attending to this matter and not trying to be perfunctory about it.

Initially, he offered to change to a new one, but we said no coz we were almost leaving. So he wanted to waive off the price of that coffee, which I thought was reasonable enough. Then he continued asking and we figured out that it might be the problem of their blender. Then he asked what we ordered and wanted to waive off the total bill. We were stunned can. So eventually it was waived off although we felt uncomfortable about it. He even insisted to let us takeaway cakes. Of course we turned down the offer. C'mon, we sat there for hours without paying anything.

That brings it to another point. I can't treat April to TCC this time round. So it'll be a belated bdae celebration. Haha.

An unexpected TCC experience. Fantastic service!

Will you order Choco Rummin again? Lol.

And yes, we will go there someday again.
