New toolbar

Humph. Did away with the navigation tabs below the banner and integrated them into Wibiya toolbar. It should show up nicely in the browsers. Lemme know if it doesn't ya?

And it's in ORANGE too.

The day when orange disappear from my blog will be the day when I dun like orange anymore...
