So this is the French Toast Salpicon, which is served with sweet fruits and savoury chicken. The french toast was very good but I didn't really like the strawberry-smoked maple syrup though.

62 Degree Eggs Benedict with Ham. This dish could have been perfect if it was served with brioche instead of sourdough.
