BEAST'S SHOWCASE IN SINGAPORE LAST THURSDAY WAS TOTALLY AWESOME AND FABULOUS AND FANTASTIC AND AMAZING AND HAPPENING AND WHATEVER YOU CAN THINK OF!!

Ok, I shall try to recall everything and write here so that I can look back at my 1st Kpop event that I went.

Woke up early on Thursday to meet April to collect queue numbers at Mediacorp.


Reached at 9am plus and there was already a long queue all the way from level 2. Many fans queued overnight and some people said Mediacorp already started giving out queue numbers to those fans. I dunno if it's true or not. But in anyway, they didn't organized this event well.


The queue numbers were not given out in sequence. People behind me got a earlier number and people queuing side by side may not have the numbers in chronological order. The only good thing was probably we can leave Mediacorp and not wait there from morning coz there is the queue number.




The whole process was very slow and the seats they ushered us to weren't exactly fair too. Some who came later got a more in front seat. We were seated at Level 2. That's where queue number 473 led me to... Can't really see their faces. We can only see their clear faces from the screen but well, at least we were in the center.

Ok enough of the disappointing things, and now to the happy things.


The showcase was part of a TV recording too. It's for the Ch 5 program called "Entertainment on 5". Be sure to watch this episode on 7 July, at 8.30pm. I dun think you can see me in the show coz I kept looking at the big screen to make sure I dun appear in the camera. Haha.

Before the actual recording, it was THE showcase. But seriously, it's more like their concert. FYI, they only have 2 mini albums. They sang around 10 songs (can't remember clearly) - Beast is the B2st, Bad Girl, Mystery, Oasis, Shock, Special, Easy and there is also an encore, which is a remix of a few songs they sang earlier on. Then during the actual recording, they sang Shock and Bad Girl again! They didn't sing my favourite "Take Care Of My Girlfriend (Say No)" but the MV was shown on the screen and the approx. 1000 of us were singing together. They also showed 4Minute's "HUH" MV. Does that mean they are coming to Singapore too and their company was testing out their popularity? Well, almost everyone sang to it! The awesome thing is Beast sang all their dance songs. You know it, they sang it. :)

Ok now to the pictures. They are not in sequence (but by activities) coz they sang then talked then sang then talked. Awesome rite.




There were 2 lucky fans yesterday night!! One got escorted up to the stage by one of them and sat on the sofa with Beast during the whole "Oasis" song.


Another one played a game (blindfold-and-guess-who) and touched them and got free poster and signed album.


There were interviews during both showcase and TV recording. Fans screamed (including us XD) when they were speaking and seriously, this is the first time I can't hear my own scream. It's as though my voice was gone. I'd only hear the screams of others.

And they said they'll come again!
