This Cheesy Lobster Sandwich is DA BOMB! Succulent slipper lobster chunks, mentai mayo, cheese, tobiko and crispy truffle fries. Oh my goodness.

Red Velvet Waffles with Earl Grey Ice-cream. Both the waffles and ice-cream are so good! <3

Not sure why I suddenly had the urge to bake myself a cake few months back.

My first creation and it's super long name - Flourless Chocolate Naked Cake with Orange Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Honestly, I was more concerned about the looks than its taste. The flourless cake base was a little hard and bitter, but the buttercream saved the world. 

I wanted to do more layers but couldn't grasp the right amount of ingredients, so I only ended up with a petite version.

Allow me to conclude that was my first, and also my last attempt at baking for the time being.

Dinner at Privé Café. Had to walk quite a fair bit from Harbourfront to Keppel Bay but thank god for the cooling weather and view.

Straight Cut Fries with Curry mango mayo, housemade ketchup, spicy mango chutney,  garlic mayo & mustard mayo. This came a little disappointing because the name was so fanciful, totally unlike the pathetic reality.
